Senior Advisor

Being a Senior Advisor for Sattler & Partner Alliance, Peter Jursch provides consultation to SMEs as a lawyer and liquidator. This mainly covers support in difficult economic environments, with focus on restructuring and recapitalization in the case of complete corporate planning with risk management. He has many years of experience in consulting bankrupt firms and companies in crisis times.

Moreover, Peter Jursch has carried out a vast amount of insolvency proceedings. Particularly noteworthy are successful retentions and acquisitions of bankrupt companies.

Peter Jursch is a lawyer at the law office Jursch & Deininger, and since 1987 insolvency administrator and author of numerous specialist books, which were partially produced in collaboration with Sattler & Partner.

He is Senior Advisor for the Sattler & Partner Alliance and is working since 1991 with the application and marketing of state-of-the-art calculation methods for the engineering industry. On this basis, Dr. Kassera was able to build up excellent networking in the international aviation industry in 2001, with concentration on aircraft certification. He has been an entrepreneur since years.

Dr. Kassera founded CFD Consultants GmbH in 1998, followed by the establishment of v-plane Engineering GmbH in 2004, and is acting partner of both companies.
Dr. Volker Kassera holds a doctorate degree in aerospace engineering and has been teaching at the University of Kaiserslautern since 2005.

He is Senior Advisor for the Sattler & Partner Alliance. Until 2008, he was Senior Managing Director of the Central Association of Paper and Plastics (HPV) e.V. in Frankfurt / Main. He worked from 1980 until 1996 as General Manager of the "Europa Carton AG" and from 1996 to 2006 as Acting Partner of Schertler Verpackungen GmbH.

Manfred Lantermann holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and was awarded the Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2004.

Furthermore, Manfred Lantermann serves as Member of the Supervisory Board.

Austrian by birth, Gerhard Rauter has been member of the management board of Q-Cells SE until 2011. He was leading the Operation & Technology department and was responsible for the operative core business of the production and development of crystalline solar cells and thin-film modules. In addition to managing the production sites in Germany and Malaysia, his field of responsibility includes Silicon Sourcing, Technology, Quality Management, Environment, Health & Safety, Business Management and Human Resources.

Prior to his appointment to the management board of Q-Cells, he had been holding leading positions since 1980 in the semi-conductor industry at Siemens and Infineon. During this period, he was in charge of production and technology and was engaged in different R&D and manufacturing joint ventures, also with his on-site support. Gerhard Rauter was highly involved in the building and restructuring of various plants. Lastly, he was responsible for the semi-conductor division of the Infineon factory in Dresden with a workforce of approx. 5,500 em-ployees.

Dutch Nationality, living in The Netherlands, 42 years old, graduated 1990 as Bachelor of Management, Science and Polytechnics at HTS “De Maere”.

Currently owner of Blue Lion Management BV, focussed on Strategic Management Consultancy / Search and Interim Management. 20 years experience in ICT (Alcatel, British Telecom, Level 3) and in my last two roles:
T-Systems Business Services (part of deutsche Telekom focussed on Telecommunications Services) , member of Management Committee and responsible as Senior EVP for all Telecommunications Business outside Germany in 23 countries around the world Exact Software, Dutch software multinational operating in 40 countries globally and responsible as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for all Operations and countries

Bernd Stütz joined LEWA in 2006 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining LEWA, he has worked in senior management positions (CEO, CFO) for a variety of industrial companies. He received his degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Stuttgart.
