Founder of Sattler & Partner AG and member of the management board, in charge of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital market / IPO as well as public shell transactions. Andreas Sattler has in-depth experience in the M&A business, managing M&A transactions as well as succession planning. His key focus is succesion planning, business transfers, consulting on capital market and equity capital as well as the execution of public shell transactions.

Andreas Sattler began his career as a consultant of technology transfer for the state Baden-Württemberg and the Steinbeis Foundation, before he established the company Sattler & Partner in 1983.

Andreas Sattler is a graduate industrial engineer (Dipl.-Wirt. Ing. (FH), also holding a graduate degree in industrial education (Dipl.-Betr.-Päd.). Since 1992 he commits himself as a commercial judge and is supervisory board member of various companies. Furthermore, he is author of numerous publications in trade magazines and books.

Member of the management board of Sattler & Partner from 1997 until 2010. Wolfgang Lindner supports Sattler & Partner in the M&A business as well as management consulting. He has wideranging experience in weakpoint analysis, corporate valuation, strategy consulting as well as value enhancement programs. Wolfgang Lindner began his professional career as an executive assistant at an international pharmaceutical company. Being member of the management board of a German mechanical engineering company, he was put in charge of setting up daughter companies in Brazil, selling and recapitalizing numerous companies.

After moving to a well-known management consultancy, he then headed a vast number of restructuring projects, especially in the automotive field.

Associate Partner at Sattler & Partner and primary responsibility for the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate valuation, transaction consulting as well as corporate finance. An additional consulting focus is the structuring and introduction of employee profit participation schemes.

He started his career as a corporate consultant and analyst at several medium-sized to large banks.

Bernd Müller has wideranging experience in corporate finance and capital procurement.

Bernd Müller ist a banking professional (Bankfachwirt) and has published several specialist books and expert articles about M&A, corporate finance as well as employee profit participation.

Office Manager at Sattler & Partner and in charge of payment transactions, claims management, financial accounting, administrative and secretarial tasks, the organization of annual general meetings, seminar coordination with external organizers as well as public shell transactions.

Responsible for corporate identity, advertising, marketing and corporate presentations.

As a Projekt Manager at Sattler & Partner, he is in charge of supporting the partners in the business transactions throughout all phases of the M&A process. In addition, he takes resposibility of own M&A projects.

Jürgen Burek works at Sattler & Partner AG since 2008.

Analyst at Sattler & Partner. Mutlu Kaya is responsible for qualified target and corporate research. He's active in corporate brokerage.

In his role as a project manager, he is in charge of the management and coordination of business transactions throughout all phases of the M&A process.

Mutlu Kaya studied Political Economics at the University of Istanbul. He is part of the Sattler & Partner team since 2006.
