We are looking for the following qualification profiles:
- Partner / Associate for the field Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance
- Project Manager for the execution of corporate transactions and valuations
For the Partner / Senior Consultant position, we are seeking an innovative employee with many years of proven experience in the field of M&A or corporate finance. We are looking for an entrepreneur, who is able to conduct deals, projects and transactions independently, and at the same time possesses the suitable networking. The ideal candidate will have a degree in the technical or business field.
As for the Project Manager, his main abilities should preferably lie in the area of commercial expertise and project management. Ideal candidates will have some years of experience in tax consulting / auditing / project management and will be well acquainted with company law matters. You will have conducted successful projects and transactions for many years after your Business Administration studies.
