Prof. Mirchev is Professor at the University of Burgas in Bulgaria since 1990 and operates a consulting company since 1989 in Varna. His key focus is business management topics including controlling. In 2008 he conducted together with Andreas Sattler a lecture series on coporate valuation as well as selling and buying companies in Bulgaria.

Prof. Mirchev has already been a good friend of Sattler & Partner since years. In 2010, he became member of the Sattler & Partners Alliance. Prof. Mirchev is very well familiar with the practices of Eastern Europe. In addition to Bulgarian, he is fluent in Russian, as he studied and received his doctorate in Russia. He speaks German and English as well.
