After passing his exams in Cooperative Auditing, the banker was assigned to advise and audit credit societies. In 1991, he joined the management of a large North Hessian cooperative bank as an authorized officer and was mainly responsible for corporate banking. After working two years as an authorized officer, he was appointed to the management board of that cooperative bank, where he stayed for three more years.
Klaus Rüddenklau then became the CFO of a medium-sized corporation for five years, before he started working in financial analysis, planning, controlling and corporate finance as a freelance specialist. After working together with Sattler & Partner AG for two years, both parties decided, in November 2008, to cooperate more closely through the Sattler & Partners Alliance, and also in the M&A business and Corporate Finance. As an expert with many years of experience in corporate finance activities and due to his cooperation with other partners of the alliance, synergy effects are expected on all sides.
